Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fyreside. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Fyreside.

1. What Fyreside does

Fyreside is a hosted creator platform — subdomain, course player, payment checkout, subscriber CRM, AI inbox, WhatsApp integration. We're the infrastructure; the content, branding, and business decisions are yours.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have a legal guardian's consent if your jurisdiction allows.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• One human per account. Don't share login credentials.

3. Your content

You own your content — your courses, lessons, copy, images, videos, subscriber list. You grant Fyreside a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of running the service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account (subject to backup retention windows).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Fyreside to:

• Sell unlawful goods or services, misrepresent what you're selling, or run pyramid/MLM schemes.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, defames someone, incites violence, or is otherwise illegal in India.
• Spam subscribers — every WhatsApp / email broadcast must be to an opted-in audience.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe Fyreside for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits or resell Fyreside as your own platform.

5. Payments

The subscription price is stated on the pricing page and billed in advance monthly or annually. Payment processing fees from Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe apply to transactions with your subscribers; Fyreside does not take a per-sale cut. Refunds for Fyreside subscription fees follow our published refund policy — by default, 7 days no-questions-asked from the first paid month.

6. Third-party connections

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, or any other service, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Fyreside is not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms. If one of those APIs changes and a feature breaks, we'll make reasonable efforts to restore it.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure happen. Support runs via hello@fyreside.in; response time depends on plan.

8. Termination

• By you: cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your account stays usable until the end of the paid period; data is deleted 30 days after termination.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or cause legal risk. We'll usually warn you first unless the violation is serious.

9. Liability

Fyreside is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we limit our total liability to you to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Fyreside in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. Nothing in this section limits any consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active creators by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of Fyreside after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
