Terms of Use - Fyreside

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Fyreside ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Platform is owned and operated by Kelpey Tech Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

"Creator" — an individual or entity that publishes courses on Fyreside
"Student" — a registered user who enrols in courses
"Course" — educational content (videos, text, assignments) published by a Creator
"Subscription" — a recurring payment plan for course access

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One person may hold one Student account and one Creator account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Course Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Creators set their own course prices. Fyreside may charge a platform fee on transactions.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

One-Time Purchases

A one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to the course content as long as it remains published on the Platform.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew at the billing interval (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to support@fyreside.in. Free courses are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

Course Content

Course content (videos, text, materials) is owned by the respective Creator. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content.

Platform

The Fyreside platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kelpey Tech Pvt Ltd.

7. Creator Obligations

Creators must own or have the right to publish all content they upload
Content must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Content must not contain harmful, misleading, or illegal material
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their course descriptions and pricing

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Use screen capture or recording tools to copy course videos
Attempt to bypass DRM or video protection mechanisms
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Fyreside provides the Platform "as is". We do not guarantee that course content is accurate, complete, or will achieve specific outcomes. Kelpey Tech Pvt Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to purchased courses will cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
